Leadership Team

Zoe Griffiths qualified as a teacher in 2003 upon completing a PGCE at Roehampton. In addition to a BA Hons in Russian (Birmingham), she also holds a MA in TESOL (Institute of Education) and a double MA in Education from St Mary’s University. She completed her NPQ in Headship in 2012 and is currently completing an NPQ in Executive Leadership. Ms Griffiths has worked for STEP since 2018, initially at Breakwater Academy which she led through a successful Ofsted inspection in 2019.

Having previously lived and worked abroad (Japan) and travelled extensively, she is passionate about the role of education in both broadening horizons and equipping children for their future. She is currently a STEP Executive Headteacher in East Sussex.
